The Perspectivity Game
Do you have what it takes to lead your nation?
In this game-based experience, you will play the role of a leader of a nation and be tasked to grow your economies, prosper and become a world dominating nation.
How it works
In less than an hour you’ll have designed and implemented a game plan with five other countries. You’ll have negotiated economic and environmental crises and guessed what your neighbouring countries are up to.
In your effort to maximise revenues will you be surprised, frustrated or, ultimately, win?
What are the dynamics that influence the game? Where does trust come from? Who is playing by the rules? What strategies seem to work?
Is this just a game?!
Yes. This is a game.
BUT, who's to say you wouldn't 'play' like this in real life scenarios when the stakes are much higher and the consequences are real?!
This fascinating experience provides a safe space to experience first hand the challenges of managing complexity in organisational decision making in multi-stakeholder environments and provides a fresh approach to solving those issues.
