Social impact and sustainability isn’t just a technical problem to solve.
To move this beyond a theoretical, tick box activity, internal teams need to build the empathy, awareness and skills to start to embed it in the way they work.
Triple benefit
Social impact
We work with corporates and organisations to raise awareness for environmental and sustainability challenges and inspire action for the UN Sustainable Development Goals through educational experiences.
Team building
The use of gamification and role-play simulation makes it fun and competitive, which brings teams together in a unique way.
Skill development
We take a ‘learn by doing’ approach. The experiential nature of our work develops participants' skills and emotional intelligence (Inner Development Goals), which inspires sustained action.
The Perspectivity Game
A game-based experience, where you will experience first-hand the challenges of managing complexity in organisational decision making in multi-stakeholder environments and provides a fresh approach to solving these issues.
This is an interactive way to present the political, social and economic behavioural challenges around sustainability by simulating the politics of climate change.
How does it work?
You will be tasked to ‘play the role of a leader of a nation’, compete against 5 other ‘countries’ and grow through industrial development.
Learn by feeling the learning outcomes in real time as you are faced with tackling conflict, developing and actioning strategy, communicating during negotiations, working in teams, taking leadership and moving through ambiguity.
We personalise and tailor the debrief to match the learning outcomes that are important to your team/organisation.
The game ‘play’ is followed by a facilitated debrief, where we unpack all the dynamics of what you experienced for yourself and apply it to your real life professional and personal scenarios.

UN SDG Global Development Challenge
An immersive experience that uses simulation role-play and gamification to bring a real global development challenge into the classroom.
Delve into a new world, build empathy and learn about the UN SDGs and systems thinking. Develop your skills in trade-off analysis, financial strategy and broaden your measures of success.
This is based on a real social enterprise in India that has been supported by the United Nations Development Programme and is addressing 14/17 UN SDGs.
In the experience you will ...
Stage 1
Build empathy by playing the role of a stakeholder in India’s urban waste management system, where you will either work in a team or as an individual to meet your livelihood needs by engaging in competitive game activities.
Stage 2
Solve the problem by building a financially sustainable business model working in teams, where you will be challenged to adapt your model throughout, mirroring unforeseen circumstances that occur in real life.
